Spend your days

  • Navigating the complexities of our enterprise applications, including coordinating the development of technical requirements and processes for enhancements to keep us performing at our best
  • Conducting analysis and providing recommendations for improvements in efficiency and effectiveness
  • Collaborating with stakeholders to define scope, requirements, and business goals
  • Documenting requirements for QA testing, training, and deployment of new functionality
  • Working closely with project teams to review project deliverables and deadlines
  • Developing understandable documentation, including translation into non-technical terminology
  • Producing routine system reviews and reports – financial, quality, utilization, and operational efficiency
  • Maintaining industry best practices and defined protocols for change management processes
  • Promoting, supporting, and demonstrating MHP’s mission, vision, and values in everything you do

Show us your

  • Bachelor’s degree in business, computer information systems, or computer science and 4+ years of experience as a business or systems analyst
  • Comprehensive understanding of healthcare charting platforms as a result of your experience working in a provider organization or EHR software company
  • Experience with EHR systems– we use SmartCare
  • Well refined communication and analytical skills – one of your Superpowers is your ability to translate complex concepts to non-technical audiences
  • Intellectual curiosity – a mind that’s always thinking about the best, most efficient, and cost-effective approach
