Corporate mental health and wellbeing platform GetZeN has expanded its platform, offering a human insights product to ensure employees’ needs are properly heard and addressed.

The platform blends both data and human insights into organisations to then deliver the most appropriate and impactful mental health and wellbeing programmes to employees.

Its How are You? product helps ensure that employees are properly heard, in confidence and with no assumptions.

Based on this GetZeN then offers a programme of over 50 mental health and wellbeing therapies that are targeted to an individual’s specific preferences and needs. By using both data and human insights, GetZeN can deliver a programme that has the most positive impact on employee wellbeing, morale and productivity. The therapies range from counselling and psychotherapy to lunchtime learning sessions and reiki healing.

GetZeN also uses How are You? to uncover organisational challenges to measure and monitor changes in feelings and improvements against key indicators including productivity, performance, team connection, creativity and communication.

Katy Holliday, co-founder and CEO, said: “We are thrilled to be able to bring our platform to a wider audience and extend the positive impact GetZeN has on organisations and their employees.”

GetZeN launched in 2020 and since then has been working with a number of organisations. Yoke Network is one company it has worked with.

Jidé Maduako, CEO of Yoke Network, said: “We partner with GetZeN to benefit from their employee insight, varied wellness programmes and their measurement around connection, communication and employee productivity.

“We’ve been extremely happy with the results, where team members have not only benefited from immersive experiences, talks and workshops but also actively applied new approaches to their work life.”

GetZeN is a cloud native application, developed using the latest serverless technology. This not only enables it to provide a solution which is both intuitive and secure, but also enables the company to scale effortlessly.

Workplace wellbeing is increasingly becoming an important factor for potential employees. At the end of 2022 Bupa UK Insurance added new propositions for its UK corporate customers. These included access to women’s health experts; menopause care; sexual health checks; and assessment, diagnosis and treatment for a range of neurodiverse conditions, which joined its Family Mental Healthline product.
