The annual OntarioMD Educates conference is one the best ways to get the pulse of health IT on the ambulatory side of Canadian healthcare. This conference brings together policymakers, physicians, and vendors who are working to increase the adoption of digital health solution at physician practices. The big topic at this year's conference was AI (not surprising). There were plenty of AI vendors in the exhibit area, lots of presentations on the technology, and many hallways discussions about it. What was surprising is OntarioMD's plans to certify AI vendors for healthcare.
