Over the past six months, the team at DePaul Community Health Centers has been able to double the number of patients using their digital front door. They achieved this by first educating staff on the power and utility of online access. Staff then educated patients at check-in, check-out, and throughout the patient's journey on how they can book appointments or get access to their medical record through healow health's Open Access. This has had a dramatic affect on their call center - which was previously fielding a lot of calls from patients looking to book appointments. With the increased use of Open Access, more appointments are now being booked online.
